Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients, and converting conversations into leads that drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and adapting to changing customer needs.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus; you'll need to juggle multiple conversations, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a growth mindset that's open to learning and growth.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, including knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes.
