Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients, and converting conversations into leads that drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and adapting to changing customer needs.
- Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
