Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink dispensing equipment, and ensuring that all refrigeration equipment is in good working condition. Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop dispensing equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating outstanding customer-centric experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
- Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field
- Familiarity with soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
