Responsibilities

As a remote technical support representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your typical day will involve:

• Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries
• Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue
• Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns
• Processing account requests
• Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware/software issues
• Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
• Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
• Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
• Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details
• Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills

Qualifications

To succeed as a remote technical support representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• The ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
• The ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)
• A strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
