Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly
- Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry
- Identifying customer's goals and objectives
- Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
- 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience
- Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
