Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Charlotte area. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling phone and email customer service within our CRM system, utilizing Excel for reporting, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and multiple email boxes, and keying orders and data entry. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent computer skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Handle phone and email customer service within our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Utilize Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Outlook for email management, and internet for research and data entry.
  • Key orders and perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed and effective customer support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution rates.

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service representative/support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent typing and systems skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a CRM system, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of data entry procedures and protocols, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service metrics and performance targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
