Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various platforms. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
• Manage job postings on various platforms and evaluate candidates who apply
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with our multicultural teams to achieve our recruitment goals

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
