Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate information to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits, as well as troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust with our clients
