Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer support and experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound sales, customer service, billing, and repair issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Developing a thorough understanding of all arenaflex products and services to ensure you're confident and comfortable addressing customer inquiries
  • Monitoring ACD queues and managing talk times to ensure prompt and efficient service to customers
  • Following established guidelines and procedures for proper call handling and quality assurance
  • Achieving quality metrics through regular Quality Assurance reviews and feedback
  • Making outbound calls to customers to gather information and resolve issues
  • Selling residential product offerings to inbound callers while following correct sales procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of customer support experience, with at least two years of call center experience
