Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team and driving sales growth through exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our inside sales team, outside sales team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth

  • Supervise the inside sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare price quotes and source products to meet customer needs
  • Support the outside sales team in driving sales growth and building customer relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience working with industrial distribution of industrial pumps and rotating equipment

  • 3 years of management experience, preferably in a customer service or sales leadership role
  • Team player with strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for customer service and sales growth
  • Effective and proven team leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results
