The Voice of the Customer Team

Our Voice of the Customer team is at the forefront of our company's efforts to understand and respond to the needs of our customers. We're responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from across the globe, using that information to drive business decisions and improve our products and services. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be working closely with our product and process owners, as well as our agile technology team, to design and implement new solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging that knowledge to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performing data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• The ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups
• A strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data science or a related field
