Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and updating healthcare data to ensure its accuracy and integrity. This will involve working with various systems, including our adjudication system, to identify and resolve discrepancies between eligibility records and enrollment package records. You'll also be responsible for resolving problems from multiple regions within the company, discovering and resolving errors from various reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and update healthcare data to ensure its accuracy and integrity
- Work with various systems, including our adjudication system, to identify and resolve discrepancies between eligibility records and enrollment package records
- Resolve problems from multiple regions within the company
- Discover and resolve errors from various reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions to complex issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and processes to improve data management and quality
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
