Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing our values of integrity, respect, and care. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
