Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
  • Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide exceptional support and guidance.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve routine problems and provide information regarding various client products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong proficiency in both languages (a test will be required to assess your language skills).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
  • A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature.
  • The ability to pass a background check.
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
  • A strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
