As a Manager State & Higher Education, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of business travel and working to make arenaflex the preferred airline for business customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager State & Higher Education, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to achieve sales and revenue growth targets
  • Identifying and hiring top talent to join our sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
  • Onboarding and training new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Establishing formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts to increase sales and revenue
  • Broadening awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to these key accounts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the managed travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry
  • Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
