Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Forecasting and Operations Optimization

Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and strategic planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for process enhancements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with the Operations team to develop and implement process improvements and optimize business operations
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for business growth and optimization, and develop strategic plans to address them
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and optimization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations research, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools, such as Excel or Access

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations research, or a related field
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
