Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve customer inquiries
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. We're open to discussing flexible scheduling options that meet your needs, including part-time or full-time arrangements.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and development.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

• Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

* arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

• Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
