Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving initial calls from patients and gathering essential information
- Relaying information to clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing empathetic and professional support to callers, navigating challenging situations with ease
- Enhancing customer care skills through ongoing training and development
- Contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing call volumes and priorities
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Evening, weekend shifts, and holiday work required (paid at time ½)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
- A background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
