Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of the global contact center support business

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer experiences
• Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision making
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python programming language (desired)
• Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics

• Strong business acumen, with experience in driving business growth and optimizing processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies (desired)
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery)
