Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist / Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone calls. You'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
