About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building customer loyalty. You'll be the frontline representative of our brand, interacting with customers through calls, chats, emails, and in-person visits. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, enhance their service experience, and foster loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment - Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections - Explain bills and product features clearly - Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed - Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues - Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues - Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends - Participate in paid training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:
- You will need verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) - arenaflex will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started! (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.) - Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and you will participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.) - You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our Customer Service Representatives - Sales (Hybrid) earn $23.45 an hour + uncapped commissions for sales goals. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at arenaflex offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
