Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their benefits and options
  • Offer solutions to resolve member concerns and improve their healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing call volumes and business needs

Requirements and Qualifications
