Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions
- Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their benefits and options
- Offer solutions to resolve member concerns and improve their healthcare experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing call volumes and business needs
