Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other relevant skills
- Excellent customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
