Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's electric vehicle startup, your day-to-day role will consist of:
- Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone: Provide technical assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and understood.
- Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes: Offer transparent, clear communication to empower customers to make informed decisions about their electric vehicle needs.
- Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, navigating complex issues with clarity and empathy.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls: Prioritize customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
At least 18 years or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Ability to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed *
Ability to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule

Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
*
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
*
High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
*
Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism
*
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Strong time management and ability to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone *
1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
