Your Role in arenaflex's Journey As a Customer Success Associate on our Borrower Success Team, you'll play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our borrowers and contribute to arenaflex's mission to revolutionize student loan repayment. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Associate, your responsibilities may include: * Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs * Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance * Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs to ensure borrowers receive the best possible outcomes * Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve borrower experiences * Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission * Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers Recommended Experience We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support.
