The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support.
- Providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services.
- Treating customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, although training and coaching will be provided to help you excel in your role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
