Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing live chat operations, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
