Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Audience Engagement
- Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
- Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a welcoming environment.
### Live Session Moderation
- Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers.
- Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests.
- Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
### Community Building
- Foster a supportive virtual space where everyone feels included and valued.
- Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.

- Available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025.
