Job Overview:

As a Caption Care Operations Specialist, you'll join our dynamic team at arenaflex, working remotely in the Mountain Time Zone. Your primary focus will be on contributing to initiatives and tasks that drive service excellence, including integration tasks, scheduling, PAS team support, inbound and outbound calling for patients, and key initiatives. You'll be an integral part of our operations team, collaborating with colleagues to build outreach and engagement features in our Caption Care platform.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

• Contribute to activities within the broader operations team, driving initiatives that enhance our services and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and growth.
• Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features, ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of our patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned, embracing the dynamic nature of our operations team and the caption care industry.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer service, operations, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare delivery support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
