Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via our live chat platform. You will need to provide timely and accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. This is a remote position, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive salary range of $15 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
