Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to questions from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
- Provide solutions to members' needs, including information on medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other benefits
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements to ensure confidentiality and compliance

Requirements
