Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customs Trade Coordinator to join our team in a remote data entry position. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customs documentation, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide impeccable customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customs documentation, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials
• Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws
• Work closely with other internal staff, divisions, and external partners to deliver a high level of service to our clients
• Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings
• Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Familiarity with various systems and reference materials, including customs regulations and laws

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and laws
• Familiarity with various software and systems, including customs clearance and freight forwarding platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
