Key Responsibilities

As a customer service associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Attention to detail: You're thorough in your work and able to track progress on your tasks with ease
  • Self-management: You're able to work with little to no supervision and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
  • Technical skills: You're proficient in using computer applications and able to troubleshoot common computer issues
  • Communication skills: You're able to communicate effectively with customers and service providers, both verbally and in writing
  • Problem-solving skills: You're able to analyze customer issues and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they're highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer service: You've worked in a customer-facing role and have a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Technical expertise: You have experience with software applications and are able to troubleshoot technical issues
