Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and it's essential that you provide a warm, welcoming, and helpful experience. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: You will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Engaging Customers: You will be expected to engage with customers, offer assistance with products and services, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Sharing Best Practices: You will be expected to share your knowledge and expertise with team members, helping to improve customer service standards across the store.
  • Maintaining Store Appearance: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including counters, shelves, and promotional displays.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: You will be expected to implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Processing Customer Purchases: You will be responsible for processing customer purchases, including cash handling and returns.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: You will be expected to provide customer service in the photo area, including digital services, and assist with food item separation and stock rotation.
  • Monitoring and Filling Web Pick-up Orders: You will be responsible for monitoring and filling web pick-up orders for customers.
  • Completing Special Assignments: You will be expected to complete special assignments and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking English: You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Flexible Scheduling: You must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Six Months of Experience in a Retail Environment: Prior experience in a retail environment is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced setting and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prior Work Experience with arenaflex: If you have prior work experience with arenaflex, you will be at an advantage, as you will already be familiar with our company culture and policies.
