About the Role
As an IAM Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to integrate SailPoint packages and enhance our protection and governance posture. Your expertise will help us mitigate assault risks, secure cloud transformation, and foster a culture of safety and reliability within our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

Minimal Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with SailPoint implementation and maintenance
