Experienced Data Entry Technician – Remote Customs Brokerage Position

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs documentation. You'll work closely with our team to identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify compliance with regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer software will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelors Degree

• Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics

* Experience in customs brokerage or a related field

• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
