Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, navigating between two applications effectively
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to use an email system and communicate effectively via email
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a strong understanding of data management software or tools
  • Capable of cutting and pasting data accurately, with a keen eye for detail
  • Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out as a top candidate:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data management software or tools, such as Excel, Access, or similar applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on quality and precision
