Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

Compensation and Benefits
