Responsibilities As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients. * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers. * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients. * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred. * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Strong ability to multitask, with a positive and professional demeanor. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients. * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
