Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Management: Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile Purchase Orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Additional Duties: Provide support as needed, including data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Data Entry Software: Experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Data Entry Experience: Experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
