Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments to submit new orders, monitor their completion, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Preparing and analyzing billing and setup paperwork for patient services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and dispatching corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization, working closely with existing patients to resolve their concerns.
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Actively participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them succeed in their roles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven work experience in a customer service or related field
  • The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements
  • Multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Computer and technological literacy, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • A positive and professional personal image, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands

This role requires occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds, so you'll need to be physically able to perform these tasks.
