Your Role
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customers' issues
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines: You'll understand the importance of maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent: You'll have a solid educational foundation and a strong work ethic.
- Computer experience: You'll be comfortable using technology to communicate with customers and access information.
- High-speed internet: You'll need a reliable internet connection to work from home.
- USB wired headset: You'll need a headset to communicate with customers effectively.
- Smart phone or tablet: You'll need a device to access our systems and communicate with customers.
