Key Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, including: * Accurate and Efficient Data Entry: You'll be responsible for performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring that our customer information, service records, and inventory management are up-to-date and error-free. * Exceptional Customer Service: You'll provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. * Dispatching and Parts Ordering: You'll coordinate the dispatching of service technicians, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service. You'll also assist with parts ordering and inventory management, ensuring that our technicians have the necessary resources to complete their tasks. * Multitasking and Organization: You'll be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing your work, and maintaining a high level of organization to ensure that our operations run smoothly. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we're looking for candidates with a strong educational background and relevant work experience. * Proven Experience in Data Entry: You'll need proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: You'll need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize your work, and maintain a high level of organization to ensure that our operations run smoothly. * Effective Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners. * Customer-Oriented Approach: You'll need a customer-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Work Environment: This position is based at our office in Downtown Dallas, TX, and employees are expected to report to the office daily.
