Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and personalized experience
  • Answering questions and addressing concerns related to our products and services
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior support teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
