A typical day as a Customer Success Data Entry Associate:
* Receiving challenging calls: You'll start by receiving calls transferred from Tier 1 agents, where you'll use your exceptional communication skills to resolve customer concerns.
- Assisting and troubleshooting: You'll work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, providing solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Verifying data and information: You'll use our verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data.
- Documenting customer interactions: You'll maintain detailed records of customer concerns and solutions, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Meeting or exceeding managed metrics: You'll work towards meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed expectations.
