Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Operator – Customer Support & Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing data entry tasks, and performing various administrative duties. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound client calls, follow-up emails, and respond to general inquiries to provide exceptional customer support

  • Update and maintain customer call data bank, improving and acting on customer care logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage help desk support; account creation/updating, submission, information entry, and file generation
  • Create and upgrade customer support issue tickets, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
  • Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and manage unique management tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and Net research tasks
  • Manage the firm's entrance hall region: Welcome and administer all visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and clients; direct and seat all visitors to their selected workplaces and meeting rooms, and notify employees of their arrival/appointment
  • Perform general office responsibilities, including but not limited to data entry, spreadsheet/report servicing, mailings, and project work
  • Conduct behind-the-scenes inventory management tasks

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work remotely with a high level of independence and self-motivation

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to established procedures to conduct necessary project functions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to partner with minimal guidance and resolve internal concerns

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support, data entry, or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with inventory management and data entry tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
