About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You will work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while also identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our processes. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and benefits administration will be essential in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer the daily operations of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs, including data entry, record-keeping, and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and develop and implement solutions to enhance the overall benefits administration experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) and other external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive outcomes.
- Develop and implement communication plans to educate associates on benefits programs and promote engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to associates, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and associates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with benefits administration software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with 401(k) plans or other retirement plans.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.
- Certification in benefits administration or a related field (e.g. CEBS, SPHR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
