Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for making clever sourcing choices in choosing service providers to maximize the cost of our $1B+ of annual expert services spend, and to mitigate risks through clever agreement negotiations. This includes running RFPs, negotiating organization & section level deals, dealing with vendor relationships, recommending high-quality-in-class providers & innovations, facilitating process upgrades and bringing stakeholders across the segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Join a dynamic team that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-section vendor relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects that will keep your position exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc., and allowing your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, innovative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills that will increase you as a strong business leader. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for growing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. This person will:

• Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
• Evaluate vendors and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policy and procedures
• Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
• Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyze market trends and situations that affect internal stakeholders and external vendors and/or pricing
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Show expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
• Demonstrate experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
• Have experience working with a legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ Years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services sourcing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory history is a plus

Required Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
