The Role

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, working remotely to provide exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing technical assistance requests from customers
  • Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Reviewing and updating ticket outcomes, ensuring timely closure and exceptional customer service
  • Communicating with customers via email to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions and ticket outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-standard help desk software
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
