Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, scraping, and entering data accurately using our software tools and other techniques aligning to our database schema.
- Maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
- Reviewing and verifying data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Regularly updating databases and tracking all tasks with precision.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and providing insights for improvement.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to streamline data collection, database maintenance, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining data quality and reliability by independently handling challenges and executing tasks efficiently.
- Coordinating and communicating with the internal team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assisting with administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
