Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:

- Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Relentless Drive to Own Customer Problems: A relentless drive to own customers' problems and think outside the box to resolve them.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
